Well, the sprints were a success, largely due to people competing just because no one was signed up. The overall winner was James, winning two out of three heats in a brutal battle for the lead with Cory. The third and final heat was dominated by Adam, we'd like to give him the nod for his efforts after pushing for the third heat. I'll outline the race below and then explain just what happened.

Heat 1 - 8th & Republican onto 9th for a sprint to just north of Thomas.
Heat 2 - 9th & Harrison south to John and up to 8th for the finish.
Heat 3 - 9th & Mercer south to Fleetfoot.

Each heat was scored by awarding two points to the 1st place finisher and one point to the 2nd place finisher, with a tie-breaker if necessary. After 2 heats only Cory and James had scored. At that time it was James in the lead with 4 points and Cory close behind with 2 points. By the time the third heat came, Cory was the only man with a chance to take James down, but it was not to be... Adam came out of the woodwork to take the heat after slower finishes in heats 1 and 2.

Check out the photos here!

The final results look like this:
Heat 1 - James 2pts, Cory 1pt
Heat 2 - James 2pts, Cory 1pt
Heat 3 - Adam 2pts, James 1pt

Overall -
1st Place - James with 5 points
2nd Place Draw - Cory with 2 points & Adam with 2 points

James got a "Your Bicycle Sucks" t-shirt for his win. He later donated his winnings to Little Shu.

Thanks to everyone who showed up!
