Female fronted punk rock band out of Spokane,WA and also the first band promoted by morrispost. CTRL Z plays shows around the northwest with bands like, The Authorities, The Stuck-Ups, Burns Like Hellfire, Mang, Horrible Disaster and many, many more.
• Tokio Aoyama
Tokio is a Japanese artist who mostly enjoys painting caricatures. All of his works are done in acrylic paint. A very talented and unique artist, Tokio will be making his triumphant return to the United States sometime next year.
• Dank Bags
Dank Bags is a friend of mP that manufactures custom messenger backpacks and shoulder bags. Dank accessories include the top-tube pad, beer cozy, wallet, han-solo lock holster, tool bag and sunglasses case. Made for messengers but great for everyone.

CAoS is our messenger Local 45 if you will. It is not a union, but an organization that creates opportunities and helps provide the means for couriers in Seattle to become independent. CAoS played a major role in organizing the CMWC 2003.

Another female fronted punk rock band out of Spokane,WA. Mang took part in pioneering the girl-rock scene inland, and has played numerous shows around the northwest. Mang currently has two records out, you can buy them on their website.

The Stranger defines the alternative newspaper. It is packed with event info, music articles, club listings and alternative lifestyle stories. If you are in Seattle,WA then this is a must-have resource. Available on nearly every sreet corner.

A local culture newspaper in Spokane,WA. TLPW showcases events, the music scene and town sub-culture.
• Portland United Messenger Association
PUMA, Portland's messenger association is somewhat of a west coast giant in the world of event planning and courier activities. PUMA puts on the annual West-Side Invite in Portland, OR.
